Boost Your Immunity Series Vol. 3: Boost your immunity with herbal fragrances!

Hello! I am Nirasawa, a staff member at Suzuki Herbal Laboratory.

Our laboratory publishes information to help you live a peaceful life with a healthy body and equally healthy skin.

The theme today is "Boost Your Immunity with Herbal Fragrances!"

Our lab's recommendation is to Use fragrances to counter the virus.

Suzuki Herb Laboratory recommends using the herb essence "tea tree" to counter the virus!

A Tea Tree

How to Use Fragrances

  1. Prepare some tea tree essential oil.
  2. Drip a few drops of essential oil into the diffuser (device for diffusing aromatics), switch on the device, and enjoy!

It's as easy as these above 2 steps!

Many people, myself included, don't have a diffuser.

If you don't own one, you can permeate a tissue or piece of cotton with a few drops and leave it someplace near you. Before you sleep, it’s better to place it beside your bed!

Alternatively, you could also drip a few drops in a mug filled with hot water to release the vapors and fragrance.

Research has shown that tea tree has antimicrobial and antiseptic properties. Furthermore, there is research indicating its effectiveness in fighting influenza.

As of now, its effectiveness against the coronavirus isn't yet clear. However, the viral replication mechanism is basically the same, so we can expect some effectiveness, more or less.

The fragrance of a tea tree is fresh and simple, similar to eucalyptus. Nevertheless, there are people who think it has a chemical smell. If that's the case, we recommend you to blend it with other essential oils that you like. ♪ Our recommendations are eucalyptus radiata, cinnamon, and the like.

Countering the virus with a pleasant fragrance is like killing two birds with one stone. ♪ Your time at home also becomes more enriching.

Let's make a plan to improve our immune systems with fragrances!

At Suzuki Herb Laboratory, we continue to support you in attaining a healthy body and skin.

Thank you for reading.
